Legal Counsel to Save Morrow Park
In order to challenge the plan to build a twin-pad arena in Morrow Park, Friends of Morrow Park is raising funds to help pay for legal counsel. We need donations as soon as possible. The city is moving forward at uncharacteristic light speed on this plan, and we need to take action. Any funds that aren't used for legal counsel, will be donated directly to the Agricultural Society, as COVID has had a profound impact on their ability to raise funds through events. Your support will not only assist us with our mission to save Morrow Park, but it will also send a loud message to city Counsel, the Agricultural Society, and the Morrow family decendents that you care about what happens to this precious, uncontaminated green space and part of the heritage of Peterborough.
