Help Save the Seaboard Freight Terminal at 703 Louisville Road from demolition

In 2016 the Seaboard Freight Terminal property was rezoned for a student apartment complex of 140 units that would incorporate the existing Historic building. Now a new developer wants to accomodate a larger 250 unit apartment and plans to demolish this historic railroad building.

Unfortunately this 1920's building is not protected from demolition as it is located just outside of the protected historic district.
