Petition for Stacey's Law

Stacey Redmon died trying to save a young child at PCB in FL.  The parents ignored the double red flags and allowed their children to play in the closed waters.  We are trying to pass a law for stricter laws and come up with a solution to keep all visitors safe at the beach; city, county, and state.  Also, there needs to be life saving devices at condos, the beach, and even lifeguard stands.  This is just a brief summary.
