We the People of Massachusetts, here by Order a Cease & Desist of ANY and ALL Operations pertaining to Offshore Wind 'Farming' in the Ocean now and in the future.

We are asking the President of the United States of America to invoke the Antiques Act of 1906. And protect our waters.

This absolute madness needs to Stop.

Who are we to give permission to take another mammals life that will not be consumed and just wasted. Wind companies are getting permission to 'Take' (kill) ; whales, dolphins, seals, turtles, squid, shellfish, lobsters, crabs, from  the same Government Agencies that were created to Protect them. They are getting approved to destroy our ecosystems, fishing grounds and  Critical Endangered Species that are on the brink of Extinction. 

As countless whales, dolphins, and seals are being washed ashore Weekly due to this Offshore Wind 'Farming', the government is turning a blind eye. As the people put in their comments and their outcry of not wanting these Offshore Wind 'Farms' , the government turns a blind eye.

 To destroy the habits that we thrive on. That we count on to feed our families and nation. New Bedford, Massachusetts alone has the Number One in value of Fishing Ports in the Nation. Bringing in over $11.1 billion dollars of revenue a year and over 40,000 jobs locally. The entire Eastern seaboard relies on our ecosystem to provide, to feed, for jobs, quality of life and to enjoy its beauty.

Upon receiving this Cease and Desist All activity must stop Immediately or a $20,000 fine per occurrence and a lawsuit will be brought against you.

We Don't Have To Destroy For A GREEN FUTURE.

A Better Solution with No negative impact on our ecosystems short-term or long. With no waste of time, money, effort, resources and materials. With no destruction of lands or high voltage cables. No destruction of marine life or disruption for our local lobsterman, fisherman and shell fishers, who's everyday lives depend on it. No loss of a precious food source. 

BIOGAS is our Solution! Biogas can be used as is for cooking fuel, converted and used for electricity or to operate natural gas vehicles. Another added benefit to this process would be Organic fertilizer as its byproduct. If we put the same effort in we can fix the problem.

 Using a anaerobic digester we can capture the gasses by adding 3 things;  

• food scraps (in hemp plastic biodegradable bags that cost the same as regular)
• yard waste that includes leaves and grass clippings
• manure from local farms

 If diverted it can be converted. We can divert from landfills and capture 100% of the gas at maximum rate of decomposition. This is something that cannot be done at a landfill as things are bagged and it takes up to 500 years for plastics to break down and gasses to be released. On average a family of four creates four to six hours of gas a day. This is just a household. Using Business and Schools we can create even more.

Local States like Rhode Island and New York are using anaerobic digesters but not to their fullest potential.

Imagine if we work together and those gasses are captured while put to use. Biogas will have a Positive Impact on our  Environment by not adding greenhouse gasses to our Ozone layers. BIOGAS is our GREEN future. Not wind nor solar... Biogas!
