I feel like we need another Super Mario Bros. representative in Super Smash Bros. Ultimate, and Hammer Bro would be the perfect fit!

Although, this would require getting rid of the current Hammer Bro assist trophy.

1: He has a weapon- hammers!

2: He's a Mario villain. To be honest, Wario isn't that much of a villain and more of an anti-hero, and Bowser Jr. is a bit weak, and Piranha Plant, is Piranha Plant. And while Mario has Luigi, Peach, and Daisy, Bowser should get Hammer Bro!

3: He doesn't have an Amiibo. Hammer Bro does not have an Amiibo. This means that Nintendo won't have to waste money designing and manufacturing a different Amiibo for the same character, which one could say makes the chances higher for Hammer Bro.

4: The attacks would be a bit easier to come up with. There are simple attacks like the basic (A) moves, Neutral (B) which would be Hammer Throwing, and Down + (B), which would be ground pound.

5: There would be no wasted time designing new art. There is already official art (and fanart) for Hammer Bro. Plus, I think the photo for this petition would be the perfect photo for the fighter.

6: There are different versions of the Hammer Bro, which could be turned into outfits or attacks. There are Normal Hammer Bro, Fire Bro, Ice Bro, and Boomerang Bro.

Now that that is out of the way, here's my idea for a final smash.

I'd think it would be a combination of Duck Hunt and Yoshi's final smash. A bunch of 8-Bit Hammer Bros hitting the enemy with hammers.
