-        Increase the hiring of UI Staff members to ensure applicants have phone access to a UI staff member

-        Speed up time from application to resolution

-        Require more investment in UI staff and technology 

-        Automatically connect UI applicants to affordable health insurance options

-        Add clarity and transparency to the unemployment benefits process

-        Increase funds that recipients keep even if they have a second job they did not lose

-        Protect small business by freezing their State Unemployment Tax Rates
