Our kind and considerate #28 bus driver, Vinny, has been suspended, following an unavoidable accident on Friday morning. The chains (which are automatic and he does not control) fell off the bus. Apparently the bus subsequently slid into a tree. No-one was hurt and Vinny did an excellent job of keeping the kids on the bus calm and cheerful whilst awaiting help. However the powers that be have seen fit to suspend Vinny from further driving. To support Vinny, and to ensure he can continue to drive our kids, please take the time to sign this petition as soon as possible - his hearing is tomorrow.
