The second petition asks Marvel Comics and The Walt Disney Company to hire a new editor and new writer(s) of the monthly Spider-Man comics that were not part of the "Brand New Day" era brain trust, who like Peter Parker and Mary Jane Watson as a couple, and who would reunite Peter and Mary Jane in The Amazing Spider-Man comics.
