The Portuguese Environment Ministry report regarding Martinha provides information that she is normally moved from her larger tank during the colder months of December and January to a smaller pool.
On 2nd February 2019 CRAM-ECOMARE posted an image that showed some of the tanks at their facility.

Could this be Martinha in her smaller tank?

We can only speculate as CRAM-ECOMARE continue to keep Martinha concealed from the concerned public.
