To everyone living in Tennessee that supports this, like myself, we all want to get marijuana legalized here. Some for medical issues, like fibromyalgia, arthritis, insomnia, PTSD, and so much more. The rest for recreational use, obviously.

In the news and on the radio multiple times, we've heard or seen something about legalization pop up and has ended up being talked about at one point or another. The problem is that nothing ever changes. A long time ago, the punishments for getting caught got let up a bit, but that's not really an improvement. Anyone else annoyed about that? When will we actually progress as a state?

I do understand that we're on the Bible Belt and Christianity is basically law (have you seen the amount of churches this state has?), but what Christians almost all over aren't understanding is that their Bible mentions that anything on the Earth is for mankind to use. Natural plant life is not against their God or their religious book. Hopefully, if the ignorant ones decide to read this, they need to focus on this bit here.

As for our politicians, our current ones are as dumb as a sack of bricks. Proof has literally been shown to them that marijuana is not a bad substance and they just completely ignored it. With the new ones we're getting in January, they'll be more open minded most likely.

Anyways, I digress. Here are the benefits of signing this petition (what will likely happen!):

• Give you a (hopefully) good feeling that you're helping Tennessee legalize.
• Not having to worry about cops while smoking sometime in the future.
• Help increase revenue to the state when it is legalized, which would improve so many aspects that the state itself is lacking.
• Lowering the crime rate due to less weed dealers and less people getting arrested for trying to just get high.
• Medical marijuana users can finally splurge on whatever flavor they want and improve their mental/physical health!
• Even pets with mental/physical problems can have more comfortable lives!
• Recreational marijuana users can also finally splurge on whatever flavors they want, and actually enjoy it in more places than before!
