This well explosion was in a rural area and burned out of control for days. The blast and heat was felt 1/2 mile away. The well that they want to put near Mars schools is .52 miles away. That is over 3,000 children in one area during any given school day. In addition, there are brand new neighborhoods much closer to the well site. Those children who live there attend Mars.
