The MARR PLAN Campaign Tour - October 2019 - Please share far and wide

With each passing day, the deeply flawed HAR PLAN (HAR = HSUS + ASPCA + RTF) limps one step closer to the finish line, whereas the "brilliant" outside-the-box MARR PLAN is not yet even on the track. Once the HAR PLAN become law, if, it will be much harder to dislodge than to prevent it from becoming law in the first place. To this end, the MARR PLAN Action Committee (MPAC) is launching the MARR PLAN Campaign Tour, which, funding permitting, will leave Seattle in early October - conducted by Anthony Marr himself.

Anthony Marr is fairly well known in the Animal Advocacy (AA) community and generally respected in the AA movement (except by those who vilify him for being a horseman, and thus an "animal exploiter", not one of whom, however, has lifted a single finger to save a single wild horse that we've seen). The purpose of the tour is to raise awareness and passion in the AA community for the wild horse, which currently is not a hot AA issue (compared to, say, factory farm issues), and to spread the MARR PLAN across the land. The AA community is much larger than the wild horse advocacy community. Were the AA movement supportive of the MARR PLAN, there is a good chance it could be placed in contention against the HAR PLAN, and trounce it.

The route of the tour is counter-clockwise, traversing the northern states in the fall, and the southern states in the winter.
