Dear signatories of the MARR-PLAN Petition:

Great news! The MARR PLAN has been officially submitted to the BLM in writing, and it is also being read out at the BLM Advisory Board Meeting in Boise, Idaho, July 10-11, by the group National Wild Horse & Burro Administration. So, the MARR PLAN has become the official opponent of the HAR PLAN (HAR = HSUS/ASPCA/RTF). The match is on!

Thanks to your participation, the MARR PLAN Petition will surpass 8,000 signatures tomorrow July 11. We have set the goal at 10,000 signatures by the end of this month. At the usual speed, it is questionable, but we can give it a boost.

I humbly request that each one of us share out the petition link  https://www.change.org/p/marr-plan - today. That's it.

If a quarter of us (2,000) each share it out just once, and each time it brings in just one signature, we'd have 10,000 signatures before the end of this WEEK.
