The community standards and rules that Facebook has implemented as of late are, to say the least, very biased and unfair. 

It does not stop bullying, it does not stop hate speech; all it does is make a way for people to get banned for 30 days, an unnecessarily long ban might I add, for using profanity or certain trigger words... while the real bullies and sociopaths remain free to post & comment what they please. 

I'm fed up with people trolling a comment section or putting up a post that's blatantly trying to rustle feathers, and then when I react accordingly, I'm the one hit with a 30 day ban because I used a word like "ugly" or "you probably look like a turtle". I'm very sick of it. 

My rights to freedom of speech are almost null and void here and it's feeling like whomever is in charge of monitoring these posts & comments let whoever they want get away with certain things. 

At the very least, there could be some kind of strike system put up to where you're warned a number of times before you're punished; but no! You're hit with a 30 day too long ban where you can't even like comments. You can't even unfriend people you don't want on your friend list when you're banned! This needs to change. It needs to be fair.
