Thanks to everyone helping us push this to local and state legislators. We will NOT be silenced!
I've been contemplating moves, and I wanted to share with you some of the ideas that I have going forward:
-Starting a website and a Facebook group for the movement, where like-minded individuals can provide support for each other, share information, and organize.
- I'm going to reach out to local attorneys about possibly setting up a non-profit to provide legal counsel pro bono for parents in this situation that can't afford fees. No court case should be decided by who has the most money. (Thank you, Kiki Scott!)
- I'm going to reach out to other agencies for support and information, and see what can be done to facilitate these battles. Places such as the ACLU, news organizations, and The Fathers' Rights Movement to push forward and bring further awareness to the cause.
- I will be organizing protests at, or around, the local courthouses to let them know that we won't stand for the injustice pushed upon our children by a broken system any longer. The more voices, the better.
- We'll soon have merchandise for the purposes of funding this campaign against these egregious attacks on children in the area, and hopefully, across the state.
