Typo Correction I apologize. In yesterday's update, I misspelled Rob Smetana's email address. Correct: rsmetana@arvada.org. If you sent an email to Rob yesterday, please check the spelling of his email address and resend, if needed. Emails to Rob Smetana Several neighbors have copied me on the emails that they sent to Rob, indicating how the proposed townhouses would be inconsistent with Arvada's Comprehensive Plan and/or would adversely impact their properties. So far, they're sounding great, citing specific parts of the Comprehensive Plan and explaining specifically how their adjacent property would be negatively impacted. Great work, neighbors.
