Marin County Supervisor Judy Arnold has not reflected the voters of her district (District #5 (Novato)).  Supervisor Arnold along with the rest of the Board of Supervisors and County Government of Marin was recently discovered to be purchasing and developing a high occupancy homeless shelter at the INN Marin in Novato which is located near a senior housing development.  The people of the area and the city government were unaware of the actions taken by the county until a recent Marin Independent Journal news article.  Supervisor Arnold has also defunded the Marin County Sheriff Budget which has impacted law enforcement services for the voters in District #5 just this summer by her Yes vote. The Marin County Board of Supervisors has developed a history of deceit and dishonesty in recent years with one example being the San Geronimo Golf Course.  This misuse of public trust and funds in District #5 must stop!  Accountability, trust, and respect of the voters of Novato District #5 must be regained! A reduction of law enforcement services and the development of long-term homeless housing in District #5 without community involvement has left District #5 without adequate representation.
