As of 5/26/20 the Manitou city council voted in favor to establish a reservation system and fee to hike “The Incline” they claim it is a tourist attraction not just a trail. However, if we allow them the charge locals too hike this trail soon they will be charging fees for other popular “tourist attractions” like The Incline or Garden of the Gods. These places are more than tourist attractions, it’s the home of Colorado Springs Natives. They should be considered over profit.
