He cannot speak but he still matters - my son James is non verbal and was injured in a respite house - the police would not investigate the worker involved and without cameras there could never be proof of wrongdoing or assault - the person got away with it....

My son cant speak but he still matters
and disability lives matter always and should...
we must stand up for our children or family members and fight for their right to protection and safety and for their futures - parents are terrified of what their children's futures will hold especially in light of the Ann Marie Case in South Australia still being investigated she died while meant to be looked after by a carer she was left instead alone and starving and now it was found her jewellery taken and money stolen from her bank account. For shame no one was there for her. Remember young Merna only19 years old who died last year in care through lack of care...she has not had justice and no prosecution for those who let her die.
We must not let this happen again...
We must be the voice of the vulnerable and for our children's sakes!
Stand up to protest on Thursday 3 December 2020 International disability Day in Sydney NSW
Venue Sydney town hall steps 12pm to meet and then march to Hyde park and continue rally there.
Bring your signs and banners or just turn up and make a stand with us! Let me know if you want to speak or perform this is your time to make a difference
