While South Plainfield talks about budget cuts and no action for this petition, the district quietly provides unfair transportation and loop holes to parents. 

A member of staff in Rosevelt Elementary gets unfair transport for her child while her neighbors fight for their own children's safety.  

Facts:

• Child does not have IEP special circumstances. This is special conditions to support children with needs. 
• Lives less than 2 miles from middle school.
• When board was informed they insulted and shouted at parents claiming no proof was provided.

2. The transport team who is in charge of routes guides parents to provide addresses further away from their homes to exploit transport as a loop hole. Why and how is this fair?
