A dear friend of ours recently fell ill due to a mould-infested air conditioner in their rented home. This incident has highlighted the urgent need for regular inspections of air conditioning units in rental properties. It is crucial that every time a tenant moves out, these units are thoroughly checked for mould and cleanliness.
