I am a resident of this area, a parent, and a pet owner. The current state of filth and neglect of our roads and especially the streets between Cremazie and Liege, is not only harmful to the aesthetic of our community, but also poses a grave threat to public health. Pervasive dirtiness can lead to the spread of diseases, affecting particularly children and animals. Additionally, it decreases the neighborhood's overall quality of life, hurting both property value and community morale.

Littered roads and highways doesn't only cause environmental issues, it also has economic impacts. This unwelcoming, trash-ridden environment could potentially deter patrons and harm local businesses, something that is happening in our area.Furthermore, the area's parts are unwelcoming to our children and pets due to the current situation of filthiness.

Moreover, it is important to consider the augmentation of mice infections. Reports to 311 or the local office of Ville de Montreal don't seem to change the situation regarding litter and mice-related incidents. 

It is high time for us to seek intervention from local authorities. It is pivotal that the cleanliness of our roads be maintained for the health and safety of our community members, our pets,  and our environment.
