If Andrew Malkinson had been entitled to full disclosure of all the evidence held by the authorities at the time a verdict was delivered at his criminal trial, he would not have spent 17 years in prison!

The same is true for almost every miscarriage of justice since 1996. Sign our petition now to stop more innocent victims of our failed justice system being locked up while the real perpetrators walk free!

More than 30 million criminal convictions in England and Wales since 1996, with up to a third of those being potential miscarriages of justice following the introduction of the Criminal Procedure and Investigations Act! While the MOJ puts the figure as low as 3 million wrongful convictions. So anywhere between 3 million and 10 million - the correct figure doesn't really matter, what matters is that this is not justice. It's time to demand change, please sign our petition now!

What the figure does represent is a lot of broken lives, a lot of wasted taxpayers money, and a lot of victims of crime let down by the State while the perpetrators of  those crimes remain at large in the community to commit further crimes.
