It's sad how HOA board of Directors have an endless supply of HOA member's funds to hire lawyers to keep this circus going on in court.  They fired their lawyers because the request for dismissal was denied in court.

Armed with new lawyers, they filed Discovery.  

This is very stressful and unnecessary to say the least.  I'm spending hardship funds for the sake of my "American Dream" my home that I worked so hard to achieve.  As a 19 years breast cancer survivor and currently surviving Crohn's disease, I will die for what I believe is fair and just.  Selective enforcement will not be tolerated nor go unnoticed.  

Board Members have a problem with members bringing value to a 50-year-old community is redirecting the real problem that most HOA's face, power & control!!!
