Dear Supporter, we’d like to bring you up to speed with matters:

We were supposed to be attending Manchester Crown Courts this morning (17th Jan) appealing the noise abatement notice that Manchester City Council served on us back in November 2021. Today was to be the third and final day with both N&D and MCC representatives giving evidence in front of the judge.

A few weeks ago Manchester City Council contacted N&D and suggested we meet to try and reach an agreement. N&D and Manchester City Council have agreed to move the court date back whilst these discussions occur. We will see what happens next.

We’d also like to take this opportunity to thank each of you for your brilliant, continuing support. We received a huge amount of positive media coverage leading up to the hearing: articles in The Guardian, Observer, local TV, regional newspapers, regional and national radio – however without YOU and your amazing and often vocal support the media coverage would not have happened. We try to read every comment you post. Thank you so much again!
