Mr. Maloney is at it again...

At the last Planning Commission meeting, Mr. Maloney's plan was once again turned down for being vague and overly dense. Now, he's trying to bypass the Planning Commission and go straight to the County Commissioners.

The Land Use meeting will be held this Thursday, 02/02/2023, with this construction being item 12 on the agenda. 

If you can't attend, you can still have your voice heard! Submit your comments to be read at the meeting by 2PM on 01/31/2023 at: https://www.mymanatee.org/government/board_of_county_commissioners/bcc_meetings_and_agendas/submit_public_comment

Make sure you clarify that your comment is for the meeting on February 2nd, 2023, and that the agenda item is: 12. PDMU-18-11(Z)(G)  – Riverfront PDMU – RFT Holdings, LLC – PLN1806-0051 - Quasi-Judicial - Marshall Robinson, Principal Planner
