After a year, Mr. Maloney is once again attempting to have 6701 N. U.S. 301 rezoned so he can bring in development that is out of touch with the community and culture of Ellenton and the surrounding communities. While he claims this development is "visionary," we know that true visionaries work within the community they're in, not against it.

Another planning meeting to attempt rezoning has been scheduled for next Thursday, October 13th, 2022, at 9AM. Unfortunately, Mr. Maloney has again placed this public hearing notice in a way that will not be visible to daily North 301 users--the very people who will be negatively impacted by his plans.
