Dolly still sits in Doggie Jail! Joe Smith, the Madison County Attorney, has the authority to release Dolly back to the rescue who SAVED HER LIFE! Appears the powers that be (taxpayer funded government officials) are turning a blind eye to the neglect perpetrated upon Dolly and her puppies, who were legitimately, rescued and paid for!

My name is Bruce Mahlin.
I'm the father of Megan Mahlin former operator of "Flying High Mini Aussies" a notorious nationwide puppy mill that was licensed contrary to the statue and code covering commercial dog and cat breeding operations located on squatted property at 55030 826fh Rd , Madison Nebraska.
She was removed by the sheriff in June at which time the extent of her animal abuse became abundantly clear.
I'm sure you'll hear from others the details of this henious cascade failure of oversight that was supposed to be prevented by the commercial dog and cat division of the Nebraska department of AG.
The unconscionable lack of enforcement by Tom Dozler and others, for whatever reason, allowed a huge disaster with an uncountable number of dogs being murdered and abused.
They finally did their job in mid June removing 12 dogs in terrible condition from the property that made a third world african shithole look like club med.
To add insult to injury Dozler et al have been harrasing a legitimate rescue that was attempting to deal with the henious situation the commercial dog and cat program failed to prevent and in all actually condoned and assisted until they were forced to do their job by adverse publicity.
A warrant was issued and evidence was seized in support of animal cruelty and neglect but to date charges that are more than supported by the facts have not been brought or even seem to be under consideration.
Pathetic and disgusting especially since the issues with this department and certain personally are well known.
