We attended maldon regatta, even in the rain. 

We will wind down attending events now to focus on our business plan, designs, financials, and possible web page. Also meetings with other lidos  organisers to be ready for next year when we meet with the council. 

We intend to support independent councillors in the election in May, to ensure the conservative majority evens out to allow councillors who care about the history and future of maldon to have their say and be on the council. 

We will continue to work hard over the winter mi this to ensure we have a strong business case to present to the council next spring/summer.
