Further legal expenses charged to my Home Loan account
Despite my successful Federal Court application, the Commonwealth Bank has charged another $9,500 to my Home Loan account for its legal expenses which now total $100,500. The Commonwealth Bank has refused to provide me with all the invoices. As previously advised, the invoices I have received have been blacked out so that I do not know what I am being charged for. I emailed the Federal Treasurer about this because the judicial system will not help bank victims in these circumstances. The Federal Government is the only organisation that can stop the Commonwealth Bank from charging illegal and exorbitant fees to its customers. The Federal Police should be brought in, but most likely nothing will be done.
The Commonwealth Bank has been allowed to ignore my allegations since 3 January 2017 and it has never provided any evidence whatsoever to dismiss my allegations. I provided written evidence of this to the Federal Government. I was ignored. I am only one of many bank victims as evidenced from the Banking Royal Commission. I have been living in poverty since June 2016 fighting for Justice. The Federal Government has turned its back on the ordinary Australian. Our lives do not matter.
As advised when I started this petition, None of the reasons of Philip Field, Financial Ombudsman Service (FOS), to dismiss my complaint against the Commonwealth Bank are based on facts or evidence. I provided written evidence of this to the Federal Government. I was ignored. Philip Field has now been appointed the Lead Ombudsman of the Australian Financial Complaints Authority. Nothing will change. This new Authority will be as corrupt as FOS.
Because of the lack of interest in my petition I have decided to close this. I urge you all to write to your Federal Members of Parliament and demand that action be taken now to stop the continuing corruption in the Commonwealth Bank. I can assure you that the Banking Royal Commission has not deterred it. The only way to stop this corruption is to make the Commonwealth Bank accountable. Significant fines, criminal charges, compensation paid to victims and the sacking of the Board Chairman will help.
