Awaiting a Federal Court Judgment

Since 10 October 2018 I have been awaiting a Federal Court Judgment. I am hoping I receive this before the Christmas/New Year court break but there is no set time frame. As previously advised, I am unable to provide updates about my Consumer Protection action against the Commonwealth Bank until this occurs.
I was recently provided with a copy of the final report of the Senate Economics References Committee about the 2017 Senate Inquiry into Consumer Protection in the banking, insurance and financial sector. If anyone is interested, this is the link: https://www.aph.gov.au/Parliamentary_Business/Committees/Senate/Economics/Consumerprotection/Report. Please note that both major political parties are members of the Senate Economics References Committee.
The Committee view about the Banking Royal Commission is included in its report e.g. paragraphs 5.26 to 5.33. I have had a similar experience to valuations and foreclosures in paragraph 4.59 i.e. bank customers are expected to pay for the costs but given no documentation by the bank. To date approx. $91,000 has been charged to my Home Loan account by the Commonwealth Bank, accruing interest, for its legal expenses. I had to fight to be given an invoice. I still haven’t received all the invoices. To give you an example of what the Commonwealth Bank is being allowed to get away with, in an invoice of $19,000, I was charged $3,000 to be given the invoice and $12,000 of the invoice has been blacked out so that I don’t know what the charges relate to. Can you imagine the outcry if every company was allowed to do this to their customers! This is a similar situation to the Commonwealth Bank charging fees to dead customers.
I recently met another victim of the Commonwealth Bank. Her life was destroyed in 2011. The systemic problems in the banking industry have been going on unchecked for a very long time. The political parties know because of all the consumer complaints submitted to Senate Inquiries and the Federal Government. Bank victims have not been compensated and those responsible have not been made accountable.
Fingers, paws and hooves crossed my Federal Court Appeal will be successful.
Thank you for supporting my petition.
