Petition updateURGENT: A Banking Royal Commission to stop Corruption in the CBA and FOS

The CBA continues to behave Badly

As I anticipated in my update on 30 September 2017, the CBA has ignored the legal advice I have received. The CBA has also ignored that if I remain dissatisfied with the FOS review, I will be pursuing my FOS complaint in a court of law to seek compensation from the CBA for the catastrophic loss I have suffered because the CBA breached its legal lending obligations in November 2015. CBA management and staff are harassing me with phone calls and text messages even though the CBA is aware I will only communicate with them in writing. Because I am standing my ground, the CBA has now threatened to take legal action against me even though the CBA knows it has acted unlawfully. Despite the urgency of my request on 6 September 2017 and my numerous emails to FOS, I have still not received the review of the FOS Chief Ombudsman. My financial hardship continues to worsen because of the delays caused by the CBA and FOS who both know that I no longer have funds to relocate with my companion animals and to store my few possessions. I am not exaggerating about the seriousness of the situation I am facing right now with my companion animals. I point out that I have not ended up in this terrible financial predicament because I have poor budgeting skills. I am University educated and I am a professional member of CPA Australia. I have worked exceptionally hard my entire life. Like so many other single women in Australia I have been a victim of bullying and discrimination in the work place, age discrimination and various forms of injustice. I have never acted unlawfully or dishonestly. I should not be discriminated against because I have suffered many personal tragedies and I respect all life forms. I do not deserve to be treated in this barbaric way by the CBA and FOS.
