It’s an utter disgrace - radio presenter Alan Jones said we “needed another stolen generation” on air this morning.The words are shocking.

I'm Aboriginal and can think of nothing more heartbreaking for young kids to hear – who still suffer the impact of their family being ripped apart by this policy. But what's worse – the government still hasn't acted on fixing the policies that created the stolen generation.

Our kids are being forcibly removed from communities right now, despite recommendations by a royal commission being handed to the government nearly 20 years ago.

Prime Minister Malcolm Turnbull needs to stand against these racist comments – and show us he's serious by finally implementing the Bringing Them Home recommendations.

My own family lived through the trauma of the stolen generation - I wouldn’t wish that heartless hell upon anyone. We need to stop another stolen generation with urgent action.
