Lastest development

Since I have started this petition and started asking more questions, one of my boys were removed after 7 years of being in my care, due to his complex behaviours. This was not my decision, it was taken out of my hands. I was under the belief it was only for a short time till he calmed down. It has now been over a month and he has still not come home. Since he was removed his behaviour has deteriorated and still no answers as to when he will be coming home. There is a whole bigger story here but I would be on here all day writing it. After seven years I do not consider this child as a foster child, he is my son and apart of my family, I miss him and want him home, even with all the complex behaviours that go with him. To end even though my petition is about inadequate financial assistance, we also deal with many other stresses as well. Seven years in the end means nothing, we still do not get any say over what will or is going to be the outcome. I'm sure there are many more carers out there with the same story to tell.
