Today there is no Justice for those of us who dare to use the same rights afforded to people who happens to be the entitled, if  you can read between the lines. Just looking at the stats here the country's feeling to those who are less entitled, like Mr. Scott are  impassioned the ones who are judged, castrated and  shunned. But many of these are the vulnerable who older, wiser and cautious. There is a double standard when it comes to the rights of brown and black people who have to abide by the same laws but get second hand treatments. When will we achieve the same balance?

My goal for writing about this awful situation is to express the facts that the Media refused to cover and closed the investigation down. No family of the survived was contacted. This is so wrong. Florida is one of one of the most racist states in the United States of America, where blacks have to"stay in their place" and live at the mercies of these unfair treatments in Justice System. The Stand your ground laws is a rights not just for the few it's for all.  Mr. Scott exercised that rights and is penalized.

It's incumbent upon the states, that it takes a good look at the goal of this law and deemed it partial and throw it away. How can some get no justice and others do?  The officer shot the Black airman in his home point blank, a week later of Mr. Scott's incident never spent a night in Jail; George Zimmerman a white shooter Killed a young Black child was not arrested immediately, is another

My point is this, Blacks are treated like criminals thrown in the slammed even though he was clearly defending himself against someone who committed a crime towards him. Mr. Scott rights have been violated and ignored for failure to received bond till his case be tried sometime soon The record shows that he has no prior history with the law, been on one job for quarter of a century, a family man for more that a quarter century and a professional for the same period of time. The system is indeed rigged against people of color!  I hereby rest my case.
