The news media reported subjectively which may not have been factual, in regards t the case involving Mr. Scott, on that fateful day, allowing a family to raise an awful amount of money for the survivors of the deceased, while another family is left struggling to seek justice and is being destroyed for using the very law it was intended. This is the height of madness.  This case has turned the law breakers into saints, while the innocent is made the villain, locked away and treated with disdain by the community he lived in for a quarter of a century is indeed a violation of Civil Rights. Everyone is innocent until proven guilty!
If we deemed Stand Your Ground law as constitutional for all law-abiding citizens,  then please release Mr. Scott until his day in court, to defend himself. He's has being prosecuted before is trial. On the other hand, George Zimmerman was given bond for the homicide of a young and innocent Black child who also lived in the neighborhood since his father, owned a home in the area, while Zimmerman was not. Multiple others were given bond under the claim Mr. Scott made, that he feared for his life. We can conclude  that Mr. Scott is treated quite differently.  He clearly said he was attacked by the deceased, but was not taken to the hospital to establish his claim is striking as a human rights violation, since he was taken  into police custody. The medical team would have to make such a determination and not a security camera.

The politicians refusing to stand up for justice is baffling. No one really seems to  know what is justice anymore. But Blacks have always had to fight for it, even when they are on the right side of the law. The family of Mr. Scott stand up for justice because they know the character of the man that is still being held without bond for months now. Please pray for all those affected.

Research has shown that non-blacks are often given the benefit of the doubt when the same situation exists, while Blacks are given the opposite, without regards to their rights.

During the media's reporting, in the link below, can you hear the reporter's remarks? "The police looked at the accused Security Camera..." and refuted what the accused said".  But did she confirm if there was a warrant obtained for search and seizure  to obtain that information?
