สวัสดีค่ะ ดิฉันชื่อ ฮิโรโกะ ยามางามิ ค่ะ ยินดีที่ได้รู้จักค่ะ 

ในครอบครัวของฉันมีคนที่เคยเป็นมะเร็งเต้านมค่ะ ฉันเลยมักจะรู้สึกกังวลลึกๆ ว่าวันหนึ่งตัวเองอาจจะตรวจเจอเหมือนกัน เพื่อลดความกังวลนั้น ฉันเคยไปตรวจคัดกรองแบบมาตรฐานมาครั้งหนึ่ง แต่ขั้นตอนมันเจ็บและทรมานมากจนฉันทำใจกลับไปตรวจทุกปีไม่ได้ ทั้งที่ในใจจริงๆ แล้ว ฉันอยากจะตรวจอย่างต่อเนื่องก็ตามค่ะ

 

I have a breast cancer survivor in my family, and I often live with a vague anxiety that I might face the same diagnosis one day. To ease that fear, I once went for a standard cancer screening. However, the procedure was so painful and distressing that I couldn't bring myself to go back every year—even though, deep down, I truly want to keep getting tested.
