Withholding of personal information from individuals is straight up as wrong as controlling the right to breathe. 

Withholding personal data can be detrimental, and the laws ability to make money out of doing so, combined with courts running orders in rooms that are not open to the public, allowing total secracy of any corrupt powerplay in court, is outrageous in the worst way. 

I consider for example the unfair orders of forced time in experimental hospitals we call mental hospitals that do not heal, but silence victiams of their experimentation, stripping the power of their voices in court, force drugs, and the rest right down to when they can and cant eat/talk/pee/poop/step outside, all against their will and terribly call it healing, leaving people feeling nothing but betrayed, torched, some feel destroyed (that was almost me, but I found myself again in the end, true healing and strength comes from within) and they do all this enabled by the lack of transparency given about information withheld from the individuals concerned and with active power over them using dishonesty, this allows this mess to grow and with some consequences that cannot be resolved. 

I was one of those people in forced experimentation, even worse, those I thought were my main people to trust were the ones who signed for me to be put in there despite knowing what true healing looks like, all using the power of dishonesty and neglect, and their hope that privatising the matter would wipe clean in time the memory of those who were involved in my terrible treatment but I remember, I will always remember, and so I know the dammage some have no choice but to survive.

I am sure there are worse cases too, however to keep it short, this is just one example I could give. 

This is a state of true emergancy and we desperately need everybody to come together, and do something impressive about this in uncomparitive healing for all. 
Right now we all need this petition to be signed. 

We all need lawmakers and policymakers worldwide to enact laws that make it illegal for organizations to withhold personal information from the individuals involved and to reevaluate with public vote how the system should be structured especially in terms of transparency and the Ombudsman need to be involved. 

I thought perhaps a webite could be made, where every court should be public, and every case of court should be on this proposed public website a month in advance, even better, this should be for all courts globally.

Users of this proposed website would be able to vote on each cases outcome with room to comment, and for each case voted on, people should be paid, creating a worldwide income based on truth and reconstruction that benifits the best interests of all. 

This way the public will be encouraged to vote, creating a income for the general public that may be without work, with then the given oppertunity to be part of the community they choose to vote for and make a meaningful difference and get money for it.

This way of court will also prevent an unfathomable amout of corruption from being able to take place and would in the same instance provide a way for those with no income to eat and survive till they are back on track with the balance of income. I cant sit back and watch while people suffer, but im not in power, and I need your sign of this petition, we all do. 

This change will be pivotal for those don't believe it's right to have to beg for access to data that is directly about them, even more, may save their lives.
