I was interviewed by editor and journalist Leah Sinclair this month, who is the founder of the online platform - Black Girls Around the World.

I am delighted to share my article with you, giving you an insight into some of my early childhood experiences and how this shaped me into adulthood. I discuss why I started my petition for the Windrush Generation and what it means to me from a personal perspective (link to full article below). 

Our petition is now a bustling community of over 35,000 people! What an amazing achievement and I am delighted to have you all with me, fighting for justice for the Windrush Generation every step of the way.
