Jazz is a beloved character from the Transformers franchise, originally he was the Autobot lieutenant, the second in command after Optimus Prime. In 2007 his character was killed off in the first live action Michael Bay film, but I don't think that's the only reason he was put on the back burner.

In 2009 we got the second film Revenge of the Fallen. The movie featured two characters, intended to be the comic relief/for kids characters, skids and mudflap. However they ended up being more of horrible racist stereotypes and were ousted from the franchise, rightfully so. I and many others believe that since then Hasbro and Transformers have been scared and worried about doing another "black" character and thus, Jazz has felt the backlash, having not been front and center since 2007. In reality if that is the case, the only thing they need to realize is that you can have a character that isnt a horrible stereotype. Have a notible black voice actor for the role and leave it there.

I know I'm not the only one who would love to see Jazz return to his rightful place as number 2. So let's let this petition be a message to Hasbro and Transformers that we want to see it happen!

P.S. we all know mirage should've just been Jazz in Rise of the Beasts...
