Low-level satellite company Starlink's owner Elon Musk, despite having contracts with the US and Ukrainian governments, has been thwarting both countries' use of his military-adjacent technology, and allowing Russia, which has initiated a genocidal war against its neighbor Ukraine, to use Starlink. 

Musk has repeatedly expressed an affinity for the neofascist Putin regime, and seems to desire the continued Russian occupation of eastern and southern Ukraine, if not total Russian victory.  For a contractor with Western governments including his own, this is a grotesque compromise of operational security for Ukrainians fighting for their lives, for NATO states Putin has vowed to invade, and a US he has threatened to attack with nuclear weapons.

As such, Musk should be stripped of control of Starlink, and it should be in the hands of US government agencies, or of responsible private US contractors.

Great wealth or not, Musk's words and actions border on -- or even transcend -- treason.  His peevishness and vindictive petulance betray a childishness at odds with responsible adult leadership of major corporations, never mind one with a lock on military communications for the US and its allies.
