Stephen & I have recorded a personal (albeit, rather unprofessional) video message to Sajid Javid. We have invited Sajid to personally explain to us why he believes the Home Office has the right to treat visa applicants the way they have done in our case, and requested that the decision is overturned immediately.
I have only 24 days left with Stephen & Oscar before I am deported, so WE ALL NEED TO ACT NOW to stop this unjust verdict and keep our little family together.
How can you help?
For those of you on Twitter, please tweet to Sajid and call for him to overturn this decision. We have already created the tweet for you, so all you need to do is click this link & post your tweet. It reads: "I am calling on @SajidJavid to act now and stop the unjust deportation of @RustyGoodall. The @UKHomeOffice must overturn this decision and keep Rusty & Stephen together!"
For those of you who are not on Twitter, we kindly ask that you email Sajid directly on sajid.javid.mp@parliament.uk and request that he overturn his decision (there is an email template at the bottom of this update).
You have all been so wonderfully supportive, but we are running out of time.
If we can succeed, we can not only help our case, but we can hopefully instigate changes in the way the UK Home Office handles visa applications for anyone else who finds themselves in this position.
Thank you all so much. Your support & kind messages are the strength we need to fight for what is right.
Rusty, Stephen & Oscar xx

Dear Sajid,
My name is ______________, and I am a supporter of Russell & his British partner Stephen on their Change.org petition titled "Make the UK Home Office visa application process fair & transparent"
I am requesting that you urgently overturn the unjust decision from the Home Office and approve Russell's visa before he is deported and taken away from his partner of over 4 years and their life in the UK.
Please act on this as a matter of urgency.
