Don’t Get Fined

Just a quick note.  I have spoken with Fay, the Principal of Point Lonsdale Primary, and we have her explicit consent to use both the school half oval and the green next to the School Hall in Bowen Street to exercise dogs OFF Leash.  

These areas are not public places and I have confirmed with Pedro, the Bylaws Officer, that the BoQ cannot fine you for being off leash there.  But clean your waste up.  Respect.

It’s not the result we are trying for, but yet another conversation with Donny G, the Mayor, has affirmed he is adamant that Royal Park be enforced as on leash.  Quote Donny G: “you shouldn’t have poked the bear”.
