The issue has a name that name is Maddie. Maddie has came to the hotel less then 40 days ago and has already managed to take this once amazing little community and has flipped it into a gate less prison. I strongly believe if our hotel community can get Maddie removed from the office and also terminated and removed from property we will quickly see the prison return to a community setting. Joy is the property manager not Maddie unfortunately Maddie doesn’t seem to have the best interest for the hotel the property or the hotels guests.
