The republic of Russia Dagestan deserves an emoji because people that are from Dagestan are not considered Russian. We have are own language. This beautiful country deserves a flag especially when people visit and their texting there friend talking about Dagestan when it’s well easier to send the emoji instead so people can be known and aware about this beautiful nation it may not be a it’s own country but I truly believe it deserves an emoji just as much as any other flag.
