As some of you may know, Super Mario Logan started out making funny videos on YouTube with Mario plushies and has evolved into adding his own characters such as Jeffy and Chef Pee Pee. He has been doing these videos from 2007 up until Nintendo sued him in 2021. They should not have any right to sue him because 1. He bought the items that he's using and rightfully owns them and 2. He wasn't selling Mario themed items on his website. And I think as punishment for Nintendo, they should legally have to make Super Mario Bros and all of it's characters public domain.
