The Issue

I am writing this petition in response to the disturbing and divisive actions of Jeremy R Perez, who has created an atmosphere of segregation and classism in his professional setting. His actions have not only disrupted the harmony among those he oversees but have also cultivated an environment where unfair work ethics prevail.

Throughout his tenure, Perez has shown a tendency to separate individuals based on arbitrary distinctions, fostering a toxic environment that thrives on division rather than unity. This has profoundly impacted the morale and productivity of everyone involved, resulting in a detrimental impact on both mental well-being and professional growth. This behavior is not only harmful but sets a dangerous precedent if left unchecked.

Furthermore, his classist attitudes have manifested in the way he allocates opportunities and resources – often favoring those he personally prefers over those who have earned it through merit and effort. Such practices undermine the fundamental principles of fairness and equality, leading to resentment and discord among team members.

It is imperative that we address these issues head-on. Jeremy R Perez' actions cannot be allowed to continue without intervention. We need to implement oversight measures that ensure accountability and integrity in his actions. This means setting up an independent review panel to monitor decisions, creating a transparent feedback mechanism for those within his influence to safely express concerns, and instituting regular training for creating inclusive environments.

By signing this petition, you are advocating for a fair and respectful environment for all individuals affected by Jeremy R Perez's actions. Together, we can hold him accountable and promote a culture of respect and equality.

Sign this petition now to bring about the change we desperately need.
