Hi everyone,

I want to thank all of you  that are signing this petition. If anyone would like to help me promote it please let me know. I intend to talk to people face to face to get more people to sign and have sent emails to our representatives in Tallahasse to try to get their interest. All pets deserve a loving home, and if we can stop the unintended litters of cats and dogs it will  minimize the pets ending up in shelters.
