This petition is made to dissolve town ordinance chapter article 1 sec. 28-4 which outlaws skating on streets and sidewalks. This is a bad law because for many people including myself only have a skateboard or bicycle for transportation and cannot get around to jobs and the store safely and on time. Skating is also a very fun activity which is not harmful or dangerous to anyone if the skater knows what there doing therefor there is no reason to outlaw it
