A safer Shelton New Road

We have met with the Highways team and have been advised that there is a short term, medium term and a long term plan for the cycle lane, and all other issues. 
we have asked to be kept fully informed of all proposals and and works as they are ready. Our ward Cllr will have updates as they arise and we will continue to discuss residents concerns and comments. We can’t mitigate everything and inevitably can’t please everyone but if it improves safety for all that is the desired outcome. 

All work will need to be monitored and reported/ raised if it is done and not proven to be safe.
